💰 Refund Policy

At MKcreatioz, customised and made-to-order products are created specially according to the customer's selected design, size, colour, name, or other personal details. Due to this, the following refund policy applies:

1. No Refund on Customised Orders

  • Customised and personalised items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Once an order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. Exceptions – Defective or Damaged Items

A refund or replacement will be considered only if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • A clear unboxing video is provided showing the damage while opening the parcel

After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund, if replacement is not possible

3. Design Approval Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for approving all design details before order confirmation
  • Refunds will not be provided for:
    • Change of mind
    • Colour variations
    • Design preference issues
    • Minor handmade imperfections

4. Handmade Variation Disclaimer

As all customised products are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are normal and not considered defects.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

1. Overview

At MKcreatioz, each product is handcrafted with care. Many of our items are customised or made-to-order, which means they are created specifically for each customer. Because of this, we follow a structured return policy to maintain product quality and fairness.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is not customised or personalised
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • The return request is made within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery
  • The parcel was received within the first or second delivery attempt by the courier

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customised or made-to-order items
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Items showing signs of use or mishandling
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Breakage during return shipping

⚠️ Any product returned in damaged condition will be rejected.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide a clear unboxing video recorded while opening the parcel
  • The video must show the parcel before and during opening

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

❌ Claims without video evidence will not be entertained.

  • If the item meets return conditions, the request will be approved
  • If the item does not meet policy conditions, it will be sent back to the customer
