2. Handmade & Customised Products

• All products are handmade, so minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are normal and not considered defects.
• Customised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once confirmed.
• Customers are responsible for approving all design, spelling, and colour choices before order confirmation.

3. Order Confirmation & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully received.
• MKcreatioz reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or incomplete customer information.
• Prices are listed in PKR and may change without prior notice.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Approve all design and customisation details carefully.
• Ensure accurate shipping information.
• Follow product care instructions to prevent damage.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, and images on MKcreatioz belong to us.
• Copying, reproducing, or reselling our designs without permission is prohibited.
