Shipment / Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders at MKcreatioz are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Customised and made-to-order items require careful preparation and production before dispatch.

2. Dispatch Timeline

Orders are dispatched once production and quality checks are completed. Dispatch timing may vary depending on the nature of the product and order volume.

3. Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time: 7–10 working days after dispatch
• Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier service, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances

Please note that handmade and customised items require additional time, and delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

5. Shipping Charges

• Flat shipping rate: Rs. 300 per order
• Free shipping on orders above Rs. 10,000

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

6. Courier Service

We use third-party courier services for delivery. Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

7. Address Responsibility

Customers must ensure that the shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate. MKcreatioz will not be responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

• If a parcel is returned due to customer unavailability or refusal, re-shipping charges will apply
• Orders not received within courier delivery attempts are not eligible for refund
